This was my first time using Mr. Electric and I will definitely be dialing their number if I need electrician services in the future. After booking my appointment, they sent a photo of the electrician that would be coming to my home, as well as a link to track when he would be arriving. Cody Martin was at my home within an hour of my call and he went above and beyond when it came to getting my doorbell installed in a timely and professional manner. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Mr. Electric for all of your electrical needs.

Mr. Electric is the best! from the initial call with customer service to the Technicians, Jr Alvarez and Victor Ruiz, who showed up during the designated time and both were very courteous and professional, Jr explained all work that needed to be done and a complete price quote before starting and kept me informed of the progress until completion. The job was finished in a timely manner and work area was cleaned and furniture was replaced, I will definitely be calling Mr. Electric for all of my electrical services!

Phil was great... very professional and informative.  The team was on time, communicated their arrival times and very responsive.  While working in the laundry room they did do some damage to the dryer.  They immediately notified me and then discussed how I'd like them to handle it.  Since the machine was brand new I asked to get it repaired, which they agreed to.  The office has handled things perfectly so far.  I own a service company and quite frankly am impressed on how they handled the tough things... like handling the damage.  Great job and I will be using them again as I am renovating my house.

Mr. Electric is my go to company when I need something done around the house. I have had them out multiple times for separate issues and the work is always done quickly. My most recent technician, Joan, quickly diagnosed the issue with my flickering recessed light fixture and replaced it right away. It seems like their prices have crept up over the years, but the reliability and excellence in work keeps me as a customer.

I was impressed by Mr. Electric's professionalism. They called me multiple times to let me know time updates within 30 minute windows instead of 4-8 hour time blocks some companies use. They arrived on time and worked diligently for hours until the job was complete. The quality of their work was better than I expected. I would highly recommend Mr. Electric and they will be my first call next time I need further electrical services.

The electrician who replaced my circuit panel is Carlos Delatorre. He is professional, nice and responsive. My old circuit panel is block by a heavy wood shelf. Carlos help me to removed it and replaced the panel. I recommend this company.

Ive used Mr. Electric three times now. I have never been disappointed. Instead, Ive been surprised by the value - these guys are incredibly affordable and do fantastic quality work. Very professional, very responsive, and always able to find a solution to a problem. Ive had the same technician, Jr Alvarez, each time. You cant get a better electrician than Jr. Hes the best. If you want to feel confident that you are not being sold work you dont need, that the work performed on your home will be professional quality and affordable, call these guys and ask for Jr. you wont be sorry.

Great professionalism from the front office (Desiree, Terry), and electrician -Nathan. Installation of a Google Doorbell and replaced and installed six new smoke detectors. Had the work completed in roughly 3 hours which included a trip to Home depot for supplies. Fair pricing and honest people to do work with. Recommended to anyone needing electrical work in and around the metroplex.

Our technician with Mr. Electric was Jake, and he was wonderful! He was on time, very polite and professional, and quick! He installed all 4 ceiling fans in probably about an hour. Not only that, their customer service is great, and they are very responsive. I would definitely recommend!

Jake was professional, pleasant, and right on time. He explained everything he was doing and quickly fixed our issues. We were in a time crunch and Mr. Electric got someone to our house that same morning. Id highly recommend them!

John listened while I explained the problem we were having with our breaker box, quickly diagnosed the issue, and clearly explained our options and prices. He completed the work in a reasonable time and explained what he was doing and what to look out for in the future. John was very courteous and professional; Id be happy to have him back out for any electrical issues in the future. On the logistics side, I appreciated the arrival update texts and calls from Mr. Electric to let me know when John would arrive. Great experience all around.

Cody at Mr. Electric did a fantastic job in replacing my breaker box and laid out everything needed for a sound decision on my part. He lead the installation team working from morning to afternoon to ensure a solid installation complete with a surge protector and additional outlets for my high power draw toys. I highly recommend Mr. Electric for all your electrical needs. They are local, responsive on the phone, and available to help you. I also selected them as I didnt want the usual electricians who advertise all the time and wanted to to give the local firms a shot and Im glad I did. They are in business for a reason. Give them a call.

We know from past experience that electric work can be a bit pricey especially when the electrician has to install lighting where there are no existing light fixtures. We were super excited about the new customer discount Mr. Electric gave us as first time customers!!! Our technician was professional, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all of our questions without pressuring us to sign on. He did a great job installing our new over-the-bar pendant lighting. The only way to make the experience better would have been to avoid having to have the extra cut out that's covered with the plate but alas, it is what it is. All and all great work and we love the finished product!

The electrician who came over to my house was very friendly unfortunately our house has complicated wiring from whoever did it when it was built so it took him a minute to find the issue but great service. I'll be calling anytime I have an issue!

Very quick response to our inquiry for estimate. Many others either don't answer calls or don't show up. We appreciated the fact that Mr. Electric did everything they said they would do and on time!! Very professional staff, both technicians and administrative support

The entire staff was so helpful and courteous. Junior Alvarez was awesome. He worked late on Thursday night to fix our electrical problem. I would highly recommend Mr Electric. Great service.

Tech was Jake Dawson. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and very personable. Drove from Burleson to Richardson and completed probably a 'small' job and was happy to do the work. We both really like the man and would use him in a flash ... as we intend to do soon.

I honestly never leave reviews whether negative or positive, but thought I should let everyone know what a great service Mr.Electric provides! I actually had Electric man out at my property prior to them and they quoted me 1300$ to run a new line for my dryer plug and stated it was "impossible" to run through attic would need to run through crawl space. Mind you this is all after he drilled a hole through my living room looking for attic access. At this point a little frustrated and felt unsure about service I still paid the service call.AsI still await for their "drywall" tech to patch my hole. I called Mr.Electric same day around 11am they had Cody at my property by 2pm which he took 5-10 to look over everything and stated he could run through my attic with no problem for a big 487$!! Mind you this after I went to home depot bought romex cable ran it through my crawl space trying to save money, to find out it's less than half the price to do it the right way with no spider bites involved!! I know long winded and I apologize but I truly want to thank the Mr.Electric team and staff.. Cody was a rockstar

I liked that an image of the technician was sent to my email address so I could recognize him when he arrived. the technician was friendly and professional. He changed out a light switch for 224.00. Light was not working before and now it is. A little pricey but we are happy

Great customer service. They repaired my issue quickly. They also performed a courtesy "whole house" electrical inspection since I was just moving into a 20 year old house. Nothing was found to be needing repairs other than the original work. They also sent an e-mail introducing me to the tech that would be performing the work. Very nice form a safety and security standpoint

Hired Mr Electric of Dallas. New Employee was sent out. Had a few problems. Innocent mistakes. One was a computer problem. I rated them poorly. Owner made contact with me. Wanted to know what happened. Sent a different Tec out. Corrected the honest mistakes, and educated me on other problems from the Exhaust Fan install. Sincere people. Totally redeemed themselves with me. I will be using them on other projects. If the Employees are anything like the Owner, I trust them with my home and my wallet

The technician, Collins, was very good. He ran into a few problems with the installation of my light fixture, but did not give up. He was very professional, personable and competent.

Eric is very thorough and very smart about working with electrical projects. He made suggestions on the set up of my lighting and did what he said he was going to do. He was very professional in his written and verbal communications. Most importantly his work and results was amazing and his rates are the best. I have more future projects for him to do for me. If you need electrical work done with a fair, honest and professional person you owe it to yourself to call on Eric!!

I had an outlet installed in a closet. Quick and professional. They even helped trouble shoot some issues and quoted me on the price to fix them. I will definitely use them in the future.
