Unappreciated their business model. Book a truck rool appointment for $70 to quote a $400 job to replace a light fixture that took 15 mins. I consider a disreputable business practice.

Tech did a great job on all the work, but I dislike the company policy to not fix and actually patch the drywall. You knowingly are going to tear through walls as an electrician but can't patch the drywall outside of leaving the pieces there for me to patch? I wanted to stay within the neighborly brand, but will not ever do that again. Yes the tech did let me ahead of time but I make have underestimated how bad it would look or be.

Good service. I edited my review because unfortunately, the six caps for the recessed lights that were exchanged for the six ceiling fans with lights are nowhere to be found. They're not at home and I didn't even see them at the end of the work. Contacted the company and the technician was asked about them. First he said that he had asked, and I had instructed him to dispose of them (which I didn't do), the second time I asked he said it had been a long time and that the caps were either disposed of or left here. This is a brand new house and I am 100% I would never tell anyone to dispose of a piece of equipment that belongs to my new house.

The service techs were on time, very knowledgeable and friendly. Only reason for 2 stars, thought $388 to change out a switch where the old switch was removed was over priced, but they were there so what can you do.

Outrageous prices for parts! I was charged around $500 for a part that costs $50 when I Google it. The only stars are for the technician who was professional and did a great job.

I called for an LED panel light that was out at my business. The office staff that scheduled the appointment was very pleasant and kept in constant communication about the technician's arrival (They are the reason this is not a 1-star review.) The "electrician" that came to troubleshoot the issue refused to get on a ladder and check for power before we agreed to the quote. He didn't check anything! His only solution was to change out the $85 2x2 LED Light panel and quoted $1500 for the job. When I questioned him about why it was so ridiculously expensive, his answer was because he would have to drill 2 holes in the light fixture to mount the new one and if that didn't fix the problem, he would have to trace the power lines and diagnose the problem further. I'm no genius but I thought the $60 they charge for the initial visit was to come out, diagnose the problem and give you an accurate quote. Instead they want to overcharge you for guesswork. Either way, enjoy your $60 and I'll find a real electrician to fix my problem.

Asked if they can do commercial work from the get go and they said yes. When it came time for them to get out here they cancelled on me. Wasted 1/2 a day.

Beware of the Upsale Super expensive. Got three bids for a project they came in at 5400 dollars and everybody else under 2,000. Parts prices on invoice are 3 times what the prices is a standard home improvement store. Technician attempted to get a ton of stuff replaced rather than using what was in good shape. The electrician told me a list of thing i would have to do to get it up to just passing inspection. I guess he didn’t believe me when I called my friend at the city inspection code office. He told me that the board was in good shape and the only repair needed was to outside masthead wiring. Good thing I did. I’ll won’t even bother to call them on the next three projects I have to do.

I’m sure they would be great if they answered their phone to set an appointment

He has not yet arrived.

Almost $300 to repair one switch. Entire job took 10 minutes. Cost was way too high

Chase Pickering

Prices were way to high. Technician came to my home and quoted $450+ tax to replace a ceiling fan. Nothing special, no rewiring. Courteous technician and friendly scheduler on the phone, though the scheduler was misleading and gave a much lower price range during our conversation. Thanks, but no thanks.

Courteous service but EXTREMELY expensive. $381 for 90 mins of work and replacement of one outlet. When he gave me the quote at first he said it would be $690. I said sorry but he had to go. He then said he could charge less. Then quoted the $380 and it would be less of it was an easy job. I agreed since I did not think it was going to take too long. Sure enough 90 minuets later he was ready to walk out the door and ready to charge me almost $400. He said it wasn’t that easy to fix. Goodbye mr electric don’t come back.
