Overpriced but tech was friendly, professional, informative

Jr. was a great electrician. Very knowledgeable and polite. Did a great job on securing my damaged meter on the side of my house. Added a surge protector under my breaker box in the garage which is now standard & became so after my house was built in 2011. And all though he gave me a discount the total job was $900! I was surprised that I was charged the $59.99 service fee too. Many co’s will take that off the price of a large job.

Service was really good and the problem was solved. Price was a beat high for the work.it looks like the technician was pushing too much for sales instead of really fix what we needed.

The guys (Ray and David )were very courteous. They explained to me what was going on with my electrical panel, suggestion for repairs, fire safety features, smoke alarms and carbon monoxide monitors. They made me feel as though they cared about my homes electrical system. Thank you Mr. Electric

My overall experience was good. The electrician did a good job and they were fast to dispatch out someone. The only thing keeping them from 5 stars is they were a little pricey. I ended up spending 400.00 to have an outlet replaced. Overall, if I need someone quick and competent I would choose them.

Great service & response time! Thought it was pricey for 10 minutes of actual work.

Carlos was a very knowledgeable electrician and did fantastic, professional work. I would give Carlos 5+ stars. The only reason for 4 stars was the price. There was a little bit of material involved in the job, but very little. The hourly rate came out to more than $300/hr.

WOW WOW It was nice job to install electrical outlet in the garage for my new freezer. Aaron was very friendly. The price is pretty high but it was nice and good work performance.

I called because our detectors are on Very high ceilings and Wrongly assumed the job only simply replacing batteries. The alarm unit had to be replaced due to age. Service was good but price $100 @ unit versus $11 @ for batteries was a Serious SHOCK.

They were available quickly for a fix just in time for our event. Staff was professional and friendly. Pricing was a bit higher than I expected but it was worth having them come quickly and fix it promptly

They are very expensive but in all fairness I told the electrician what I could afford and he was able meet me where I was financially.

Service was prompt professional and top quality. But understand that’s why you’re going to pay a good price but it is worth it.
