Had an issue with power to a section of our house. Travis was able to track down the problem which was a faulty outdoor outlet and fix it. He also installed a surge protector in our panel as our nes old house didn't have one. Great job!

Travis installed 2 of these beautiful chandeliers! He even hung all of the crystals for me! He installed dimmer switches to add accent to the lighting! Beautiful! We are so happy with our new lighting!

I was scheduled 3 times for an electrician to come out and give me an estimate and all 3 times I was told the electrician got stuck on previous job which took more time than he thought. After 2nd time was told service fee for electrician to come out would be waived. I never received service, will find someone else.

Michael from Mr. Electric was out to fix a switch and install an LED light over or kitchen desk. His service was awesome! Very professional and super efficient. I also appreciate the reasonable pricing, and the ease of setting up the appointment. The communication via texts and email throughout the whole process was perfect. If you need an electrician, I highly recommend Mr. Electric! We will be using them again in the future!!

Jake Joplin was very helpful when convert our old intercom door bell to a new Ring doorbell system and install the garage flood light. His work was meticulous and left his work space spotless. This was the second time we works with him and highly recommended

I booked an appointment at 8 am today for a chirping smoke detector. I was given a window from 12-4. I was called around mid day to say they would not be able to come to my house until tomorrow. This is classic bait and switch. I now have to try to get someone to come today and it will be impossible this late in the day and I will have to pay exorbitant prices. You can’t sleep with the chirping sound. They made no mention I might not get service today.

Jake was very professional, on time, and courteous to me and my wife in what we were trying to get installed. The work itself was also done very clean, hardly noticed that there are conduits running on our porch and ready for what we're looking to install.

Carlos from Mr. Electric was a great electrician! He was professional, personable and very detailed. He was respectful of the house (wore his booties in to keep dirt from his shoes out) and explained the process of the installation making sure we were okay with the placement (height/spacing/angles) before the products were installed. Carlos represents Mr. Electric very well and should be the gold standard for others.
