Mr. Electric is the best! from the initial call with customer service to the Technicians, Jr Alvarez and Victor Ruiz, who showed up during the designated time and both were very courteous and professional, Jr explained all work that needed to be done and a complete price quote before starting and kept me informed of the progress until completion. The job was finished in a timely manner and work area was cleaned and furniture was replaced, I will definitely be calling Mr. Electric for all of my electrical services!
Phil was great... very professional and informative. The team was on time, communicated their arrival times and very responsive. While working in the laundry room they did do some damage to the dryer. They immediately notified me and then discussed how I'd like them to handle it. Since the machine was brand new I asked to get it repaired, which they agreed to. The office has handled things perfectly so far. I own a service company and quite frankly am impressed on how they handled the tough things... like handling the damage. Great job and I will be using them again as I am renovating my house.
Mr. Electric is my go to company when I need something done around the house. I have had them out multiple times for separate issues and the work is always done quickly. My most recent technician, Joan, quickly diagnosed the issue with my flickering recessed light fixture and replaced it right away. It seems like their prices have crept up over the years, but the reliability and excellence in work keeps me as a customer.
