Mr. Electric is my go to company when I need something done around the house. I have had them out multiple times for separate issues and the work is always done quickly. My most recent technician, Joan, quickly diagnosed the issue with my flickering recessed light fixture and replaced it right away. It seems like their prices have crept up over the years, but the reliability and excellence in work keeps me as a customer.
Communication was most definitely there. Yall kept me informed throughout the process from beginning to end. Also, you are current with the usage of technology to better serve us, from email to texting, from billing to payment. Follow up after the sale was excellent too. Not too sure about how competitive you are on pricing, though. I originally just wanted a quote. Then, I was going to shop around for a better deal/service, if any. Being that I was impressed with your service and professionalism, I decided to move forward with the repair. So, I have no idea whether I overpaid or not for the job, but service was excellent.
The electrician who replaced my circuit panel is Carlos Delatorre. He is professional, nice and responsive. My old circuit panel is block by a heavy wood shelf. Carlos help me to removed it and replaced the panel. I recommend this company.
Warren came out on a Sunday and did an excellent job! He was quick and thorough and installed a whole home surge protector to give us a peace of mind and to protect us from anymore detrimental surges. I will definitely only use Mr. Electric for any of my electrician needs.
Eric is very thorough and very smart about working with electrical projects. He made suggestions on the set up of my lighting and did what he said he was going to do. He was very professional in his written and verbal communications. Most importantly his work and results was amazing and his rates are the best. I have more future projects for him to do for me.
